Who I am

This site is run by Taranjeet Singh, an individual based in the UK. For anything about your data, email hello@taranjeets.com.

What I collect

Your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
Whether you ticked the box to get the weekly email.

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from (for example LinkedIn) and their country. It uses no cookies, doesn't fingerprint you and doesn't build a profile of you; I only ever see totals. There are no advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

Why, and the legal basis

To give you the download you asked for (legitimate interests / your request).
To send the weekly email, only if you ticked the box (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes it

Email addresses are stored with Kit (kit.com), which acts as my processor. Its servers may be outside the UK; transfers are covered by its standard contractual safeguards. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare Pages, which also provides the visit statistics above.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. I never sell or share your details.

Stored in your browser

The site remembers your light/dark choice using your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent anywhere, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used, by emailing me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
